Each CrossFit class features a combination of high-intensity Olympic Lifting and gymnastic movements carefully constructed to enable participation at all levels. Class members become a community which supports and reinforces each individual’s progress, creates a welcoming atmosphere and motivates each member to perform at increasingly higher levels. You will be empowered to push yourself to make consistent progress and exceed your fitness goals, no matter what they are.

This guarantees a powerful and effective workout every time you come to class. CrossFit Group Classes are available to member six days a week at several convenient times. Each class lasts one hour.
